Rental Policy
All drivers must have driver license and at least 21 years old, otherwise we cannot provide the service, and we cannot make a refund if you show up the day without your driver´s license.
Regular and large carts fit 4 passengers as maximum.
Only 6 seater carts fit 6 passengers.
You must provide your driver´s license physical and payment confirmation to pick up the cart.
This must be from the person who will be the driver, and will sign the contract.
We will keep the driver´s license until you return the cart without any issue that involves you.
Return
Our check outs are at 9 a.m. on you last day
9 a.m. to 5 p.m. reservations.
You must return the cart at the time indicated at the moment of your reservations.
You can return it earlier, but we cannot refund the difference.
Cancellations
The cancellations must be 48 hrs before your arrival to avoid fees. We could reeschedule your reservation or refund your payment.
The refund could take up to 15 business days.
Changes
All date changes must be at least 48hrs before your arrival, to avoid fees.
Delivery Service
Delivery and pick up service available, between 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. doesn´t have extra charge.
Delivery, pick up, or drop off at the office before 9 a.m. or after 5 p.m. has an extra cost of $10 usd, this must be paid in cash.

Monday to sunday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
